Social Recovery and 2FA
Fuse transactions require two signatures to be submitted onchain, granting your assets extra protection from hackers and phishing attacks. If you lose access to one of these two keys, you can recover your Fuse wallet using a designated cold wallet or email.
No Seed Phrase Required
Fuse smart accounts offer enterprise-level security without seed phrases or single points of failure.
Each Fuse wallet is powered by a Smart Account that is the home of your Solana assets. Your Smart Account is controlled by two Active Keys:
Device Key
Stored locally on your device and shielded by biometric security
2FA Key
Encrypted and stored in your iCloud or in a cold wallet
This dual-key system protects your assets with multiple signatures, enhancing the security and flexibility of your self-custody setup.
Fuse also offers Recovery Keys, a solution to recover your Smart Account if you lose access to one of your Active Keys. Recovery Keys instill confidence that you’ll have access to your assets while retaining full self-custody.
