This page explains how to add or change a Recovery Key.

Here's how to add a Recovery Key:

1. In the “Security” tab of your wallet, click the “Add Key” button in the “Recovery” section.

2. There are two options that you can use for recovery:

   • Another crypto wallet

   • Your email address

   

   
   

Using a Crypto Wallet

1. If you choose another crypto wallet, add the public address and click the “Add Recovery Key” button after reviewing your new key.

   

2. Your alternative wallet is now added as a Recovery Key for your Fuse wallet

   
   

Using your Email ID

1. Similar to using a wallet, you can also add an email address for recovery.

   

2. Once you select “Send Code”, we will send a code to your email address. Enter that code in the Fuse app to verify your email address. Once verified, you can review your new Recovery Key and select “Add Recovery Key” to proceed.

   

3. Your email address is now added as a new Recovery Key for your Fuse wallet.
