Fuse Card is a virtual Visa® prepaid card that lets you spend USDC directly from your Fuse wallet.

Fuse Card is currently available by invite code and only available to U.S. users—excluding residents in New York, Florida, Alaska, and Louisiana. We're actively working to expand availability to more countries later this year.

How To Get Started

Apply For Fuse Card

  • Download the Fuse app from the App Store.

  • After setup, you’ll see an action card at the bottom of your home screen prompting you to set up your Fuse Card—tap it.

  • Enter your invitation code and click “Enter.”

  • If you haven’t yet, complete the KYC process via Bridge.

  • Once verified, select “Activate” on the action card at the bottom of your home screen to generate your Fuse Card.

  • After your Fuse Card is issued, tap “Go to Card” on the action card at the bottom of your home screen and set up your PIN.

  • Next, add your Fuse Card to your Apple Pay wallet.

How To Top Up Your Card Account

Once you’re approved for Fuse Card, your Fuse wallet will have two accounts: the Main Account and Card Account. Only USDC in the Card Account can be spent with Fuse Card. 

  • Go to the Card Account in your Fuse app.

  • Select “Top up.”

  • Enter the amount of USDC you’d like to transfer from your Main Account to your Card Account. 

  • Review and confirm by clicking “Top up.”

  • Your funds will be ready to use immediately.

How To Withdraw Funds From Your Card Account

  • Navigate to the Card Account in the Fuse app.

  • Select “Withdraw.”

  • Enter the amount of USDC you’d like to transfer back to your Main Account.

  • Review and click “Send.”

  • Note: Withdrawals are subject to a 5-minute security time lock.

How To Set A Spending Limit

You can set a daily spending limit (up to $2,000) to protect your Fuse Card from unauthorized spending. You can adjust your daily spending limit anytime.

  • Head to the Card Account in your Fuse app.

  • Tap the gear icon in the top right to access settings.

  • Select “Spending limit.”

  • Adjust the spending limit to fit your preferences and tap “Complete.”

How To Freeze Your Fuse Card

  • Navigate to the Card Account in your Fuse app.

  • Tap the gear icon in the top right to open settings.

  • Select “Freeze card.”

  • Confirm by tapping “Freeze” when prompted.

  • You can unfreeze your card at any time.

FAQs

Am I eligible for Fuse Card?

Currently, Fuse Card is available to U.S. users aged 18 or older, excluding residents of New York, Florida, Alaska, and Louisiana. We are working to make Fuse Card available to more states and countries soon. All applicants must pass KYC verification to use Fuse Card. 

Can I use my Fuse Card for online purchases?

Yes, you can use your Fuse Card for online purchases, just like you would with other cards.

Can I use my Fuse Card with mobile wallets?

Yes, your Fuse Card can be added to Apple Pay for in-person payments.

Can I use my Fuse Card at an ATM?

Fuse Cards cannot be used at ATMs currently.

Are there any fees associated with Fuse Card?

There are no fees associated with using your Fuse Card.

What are the limits for Fuse Card?

Per default, the daily spending limit is set at $2,000. However, after some usage, your daily spending limit may be increased.

I don’t recognize a transaction on my Fuse Card. What should I do?

If you don’t recognize a transaction on your Fuse Card, immediately freeze it in the Fuse app (see how to do this in the section above). If you experience any issues, email support@fusewallet.com.

Why do some transactions appear to have an upcharge?

Some merchants will require an additional reserved dollar amount for pending transactions. This amount will become available in 24 hours once transactions are cleared. The reserved amount is necessary to account for potential tips and upcharges.

Can I use my Fuse Card internationally?

You can use your Fuse Card anywhere Visa cards are accepted, including outside the U.S., with no fees.

How can I see my virtual card number?

Navigate to the Card Account in the Fuse app and tap the card to reveal the details.

Where can I see my monthly statements?

Navigate to the Card Account in the Fuse app, tap the gear icon in the top right to open settings, and select “Bank statement”. Bank statements are issued at the end of each month.

How do I reset my PIN? 

Navigate to the Card Account in the Fuse app, tap the gear icon in the top right to open settings, and tap “Change PIN”.
