Wallet security is Fuse’s main priority. This page includes step-by-step instructions on how to recover your Fuse wallet in different scenarios:
You have set up a Recovery key
I lost or changed my mobile device
I lost access to one or more Recovery Keys
You do not have a Recovery key
I lost or changed my mobile device: Even you don’t have a Recovery key setup, you can gain access to your Fuse wallet on a new device using the 2FA key stored in your iCloud.
Note: You need to set up at least one Recovery Key to complete onboarding to Fuse as there is an increased risk of losing access to your Fuse wallet in case you lose access to your iCloud (2FA Key) or mobile device (Device Key). Learn how to add a Recovery Key in our guide here.
Fuse is removed from the App Store
